docs(app-iced): 订正测试注释（1180 上限是 424，不是 435）

r3 复审：`layout/tests.rs` 的注释说「现在必须是 435」，同一函数的断言却是 424。

证据：`grep -n 435 crates/app-iced/src/pages/layout/tests.rs`
- 第 229 行（旧）：`// 1180 —— M68 就是在这条上翻的车（712px），现在必须是 435` → 改成 **424**；
- 剩下两处 435 都是**平均口径上界**的正确引用，不是残留：
  第 176 行注释「不是『平均步进 × 72』的算术值 435」、
  第 180 行 `assert_eq!(measure_average_bound_px(), 435.0)`。
