- 新增 model/stream.go：StreamKind(text/thinking/tool_call 各 start/delta/end + tool_execution)
  + StreamEvent{Kind,Delta,Index,ID}。
- ChatStream 签名 onChunk func(delta string)→onEvent func(StreamEvent)；loop OnStream 同改；
  streamStep 转发结构化事件。
- openai：text_delta + text_start/text_end（正文三段式）；anthropic：文本块 text_*/tool_call_*
  按块 Index（content_block_stop 分支）真分段；fallback：有事件即交付。
- ws_hub：wsEvent 壳补 turnId/seq；新增 broadcastStream；streamChat 每帧打 turnId+seq；
  stream.go 把事件 publish 到 bus ws.stream。
- ws_bridge：streamEventData 映射 text_*→message.start/delta/end、thinking_*→thinking.*、
  tool_call_*→tool_call.*、tool_execution_update→tool_execution.update，未知回退 stream_chunk。
- 前端 ws.ts：解析 message.start/delta/end、thinking.start/delta/end(pendingThinking)、
  tool_call.start/end→addTool、tool_execution.update；保留旧 stream_chunk/thinking/tool_used 兼容；
  types.ts 补 turnId/seq。Docs/api-client.md 增 §3.1 v0.4。

已知限制（注释/文档标注）：turnId 在 OnStream→bus→relay 路径暂为空（StreamEvent 无 turnId 字段，
bus ws.stream 载荷不带 turn）；OpenAI adapter 未解析 tool_call 段；thinking 段两 adapter 暂不发；
tool_execution.update 是保留项（随工具循环钩子后置）。go build/vet/test + 前端 tsc 全绿。

Aska eddb9b9891 feat(wire): 地基④ wire.go 接 vision/voice/mcp/skill/exec 五个子系统，从死代码变可用 
- vision：model.Router 绑 WithVisionModel(LLM_VISION_MODEL)；vision.RegisterTools(VisualTool/OCRTool)
  用同一 OpenAICompatibleAdapter（LLM_BASE_URL 为空则跳过并 Warn）。
- voice：voice.New(cfg.Voice) Chain（cloud→local→edge-tts/espeak→silent）存 a.voice。
- mcp：读 cfg.MCP.ServersJSON → 逐 Enabled server mcp.NewRegistry(...).Register(ctx)（Connect+
  DiscoverTools+RegisterTool），注册 KindMCP 能力 mcp:<name> 供 adminListPlugins 枚举；
  close() 中 Unregister 防 stdio 子进程孤儿；每 server 15s connect 超时，失败 Warn 跳过。
- skills：LoadDir(configs/skills) → skills.Register 为 KindSkill（Runner.Run 仍 ErrRunPending，
  执行留后续）。
- exec/terminal：新 terminalTool(sdk.Tool) 内部调 execProv.Execute，注册进 dispatcher；
  ExecSandbox.Enabled=false 默认拦截（授权默认关）。
- config：LLMConfig 增 VisionModel(LLM_VISION_MODEL)；新增 MCPConfig/ServersJSON(MCPSERVERS_JSON)。
- 拆 5 个辅助文件（vision.go/voice.go/mcp.go/skills.go/terminal_tool.go）避免 wire.go 膨胀；
  wire.go 最终 535 行。

默认配置下各子系统干净跳过不阻断启动（LLM_BASE_URL 已配则 vision 用主模型降级）。
go build/vet/test 全绿（46 包），gofmt 干净。

打通前端 ws.ts 里那批死消费者事件（thinking/mood/tool_used/subagent_event/
task_output/device_update/reminder/backthink），并给 loop 接真 token 流式。

- wire.go：loop 建时传 OnStream（streamChunk 闭包把 delta 发 bus ws.stream_chunk）；
  gateway.Deps 注入 Scheduler/Tasks/Streaming；iot 接共享总线 iot.WithBus(a.bus)。
- ws_bridge.go：hub 额外订阅 iot.>/task.>/automation.>/reminder.>/cyrene.agent.*.event，
  normalizeEvent 归一为 ws.*（device_update/task_output/task_done/automation_result/
  reminder/subagent_event）；不订阅 cyrene.agent.> 以免 ask/reply 内部事件进 relay。
- ws_route.go：voice_input→ws.voice_input；subagent_ask→Scheduler.AuditContext（真实
  上下文审计，替换 pending stub）；task_output_query→Manager.TaskOutput（真实输出，
  替换空 {}）。
- server.go：新增 SubagentAuditor/TaskOutputStore 接口 + Deps.Scheduler/Tasks/Streaming。
- orchestration/auditcontext.go：Scheduler.AuditContext(full/tail/keyword)。
- task/manager.go：Manager.TaskOutput(id)。
- backthink：record() 补发 ws.backthink 事件。
- json tag 修正（device_update/reminder/task output 结构体加小写 tag + DeviceUpdate
  补 message），使前端分支能真正渲染。

实机验证：WS 握手 101、task manager ready、iot manager initialized(WithBus 生效)。
go build/vet/test 全绿；TestHubBridgeDeviceUpdate/TestHubBridgeSubagentProgress 覆盖
映射。dev 推至后续版本。

根因：gateway.Server 定义 SessionStore/PersonaStore/MemoryStore 接口但生产从未满足：
- 底层 manager 无 List() 方法；
- wireFrontend 的 gateway.Deps{} 未传 Session/Personas/Memories。
→ /api/v1/sessions|personas 与 /api/v1/admin/{sessions,personas,memories} 恒返回 []。

改动：
- persona/registry：Registry.List() []Character（并发安全、值拷贝）。
- channel/session：SessionManager.List(ctx)（查 channel_sessions 表+按 actor_role 重建）。
- runtime/memory：Store.List(ctx)（全表，复用 scanItems）。
- gateway 三 Store 接口改为返回域类型（Character/MemoryItem），映射统一放 collect* 侧。
- cmd/cyrene/wire.go：Deps 补传 Session/Personas/Memories。
- .gitignore：cyrene→/cyrene（锚定根，不再误伤 cmd/cyrene 目录）。

实机验证：/api/v1/admin/personas 返回 {id:cyrene,name:昔涟,isDefault:true}。

Aska 5dae2b9741 fix(gateway): 收敛 sdk.Channel 与 adapter.PlatformAdapter 接口漂移，/admin/channels 恢复枚举 
根因：sdk.Channel.Connect 为 2 参 (ctx, config any)，adapter.PlatformAdapter.Connect 为
1 参 (ctx)，Go 无重载 → 4 个渠道（qq-obv11/weixin-ilink/telegram/webhook）只实现 1 参
Connect，类型断言 cap.Value.(sdk.Channel) 恒失败 → /api/v1/admin/channels 恒返回 []。

收敛方向：sdk.Channel.Connect 改 1 参 (ctx)，与 PlatformAdapter 生命周期子集一致；
4 个真实适配器自动满足新接口，adminListChannels 枚举成功。最小改动（不改渠道实现、
不引依赖）。同步修正 sdk_test/registry_test/extra_test 的 mock。

Aska 77f75b0d99 refactor(web): 前端单页收敛修正——导航式侧边栏 + 去输入模式 chip，mode 由后端自切 
按设计/01 §3 + 主人要求：行为模式切换由后端/agent 自切（热切换），前端不再提供
手动切换的行为模式按钮列表。
- 侧边栏改为导航式（连接状态 / 设置 / 管理面板 / 主题），不再列行为模式按钮；
  App.tsx 还原 <Sidebar/> 布局。
- ChatInput 去掉行为模式 chip 切换条（模式不由用户手选）。
- useChat.send/chatStream 不再传 mode；消息 mode 由后端在回复时决定，
  MessageBubble 仍按 message.mode 渲染。
- ChatShell onVoice 为占位（语音处理在 agent）。

架构变更（主人要求，design/07 §1/§2 已改定稿）：把「9 个行为模式 = 9 个独立页面」改为
「一个共享页面 + 每条消息绑 mode，消息框按对应 mode 渲染」。
- ChatMessage 增 mode?（types.ts）；useAppStore addUserMessage/beginAssistant 带 mode；
  useSendChat.send(text, mode) / chatStream body 带 mode（通知后端按 mode 回复）。
- MessageBubble 按 message.mode 分发到 components/messages/ 各形态渲染器
  （chat 气泡 / code 等宽代码块 / home 设备卡 / docs 文档卡 / work 任务卡 / vision 视觉卡）。
- ChatInput 顶部加「行为模式」chip 切换下一条消息的 mode（默认 chat）；输入框上方显示当前模式。
- ModeRouter 收敛为只渲染 ChatShell；删除 9 个旧独立 mode 页面；Nav/TopBar 的 mode 改为
  「输入模式」语义；settings 归管理面板（design/10）。

同时补全上一轮 emoji→MD3 图标（约 23 文件）：新增 Icon.tsx（MD3 SVG、IconName、零依赖、
离线优先），全部界面 emoji 替换为 <Icon name=... />；正文说明箭头保留。

npm run build 绿（tsc 0 错，79→71 模块，JS 284KB/gzip 86KB）。

Aska a482bc2ea7 feat(web): MD3 矢量图标组件 + 全量 emoji 替换为新图标 
新增 src/components/Icon.tsx（Material Symbols Rounded 风格，24 viewBox / currentColor /
零运行时依赖 / 可 tree-shake / 离线优先），导出 <Icon name size /> 与 IconName 类型，
覆盖全部现有界面图标的语义映射（chart/dna/chat/memory/docs/plugin/channel/device/robot/
clock/agent/night/trend/users/settings/light/ac/mic/micOff/sun/moon/lock/block/check/close/
gear/file/package/folder/shield/storage/refresh/vision/home/arrow/terminal）。

将用户端（Nav/TopBar/ChatInput/chat + 各 modes）与管理面板（sidebar 15 模块/Dashboard
卡片/System SectionTitle/Observability StatCard/Agents/Backthink/Automations/AdminTable
empty）中的 emoji 图标全部替换为 <Icon name=... />，icon 字段由 string 改为 IconName /
ReactNode。保留正文说明性箭头（如“设置→连接”）与流程方向箭头。

npm run build（tsc --noEmit + vite build）通过：79 模块，JS 300KB/gzip 90KB。

Aska 20305631c5 fix(gateway): WebSocket 同源/loopback 等价放行，修复生产同源跨源 403 
后端 go:embed 自服务前端时，页面 origin 与网关 Host 一致（production 模式），
但不在 dev 阶段 ALLOWED_ORIGINS（5173/3000）白名单内，originChecker 记 403
导致 WS /ws/chat 握手失败。

改为：同源（origin host == request host）及 loopback 别名（localhost<->127.0.0.1）
自动放行；跨源（不同主机名）仍走白名单。安全不降级：跨源非白名单依旧拒绝。
新增 TestOriginCheckerSameHost 覆盖同源/loopback等效/跨源拒绝/同主机异端口。

本机 Docker 29.1.3 无 compose 插件（docker compose unknown command / docker-compose 未装），
原脚本每次启动都因 docker compose up 报错而被忽略继续掩盖。改为：
  - PG 已在跑 -> 跳过
  - 有 compose 插件 -> compose
  - 否则回退 docker run 拉起 cyrene-pg
README §3 同步补注该回退行为。脚本幂等，bash -n 通过。

- plugins/knowledge: knowledge_search and knowledge_ingest tools so the
  persona can save and recall information mid-conversation

- TTS providers: cloud (OpenAI-compatible /audio/speech, e.g. Bailian
  compatible mode with cosyvoice), local self-hosted HTTP server,
  edge-tts CLI, espeak CLI, silent — ordered by TTS_PROVIDER list,
  skipping providers whose binary/config is missing
- STT: whisper-compatible /audio/transcriptions endpoint (cloud or
  self-hosted faster-whisper), replacing the empty dashscope stub
- config: TTS_CLOUD_URL/KEY/MODEL/VOICE, TTS_LOCAL_URL, STT_API_URL/
  KEY/MODEL; cloud keys fall back to DASHSCOPE_API_KEY
- gateway /voice/tts now returns real audio/mpeg bytes instead of a
  byte count
- tests: cloud/local/whisper round-trips via httptest, chain skip
  behavior, fallback order; kept and adapted prior service tests

  system prompt so the persona's tone follows her mood
- mood changes broadcast over WS; frontend shows a mood badge with
  affection tooltip; also handles the 'reminder' message type from the
  reminder scheduler
- tests: sentiment scoring, mood shift, affection bounds, prompt line,
  onChange callback

Aska d80710d85a feat(gateway): automation rule engine and reminder scheduler 
- engine: 5-field cron parser (*/n, ranges, lists) firing at most once
  per minute; device-state triggers with edge detection; manual trigger
  via POST /automation/rules/:id/trigger; actions run through the AI
  pipeline so rules can call any tool (IoT control, search, ...)
- reminders: due-scan scheduler delivering via WebSocket broadcast,
  optional LLM-polished reminder text with plain-title fallback;
  Reminder gains Done flag with ListDue/MarkDone
- tests: cron matching and validation, once-per-minute dedup, device
  edge triggering, manual trigger, reminder delivery
