- bin 表 `ull` 行：State 列补回「未随 v0.1.0 资产分发」/ "not in the v0.1.0 assets"，
  只看表格的人也读得到分发状态
- 平台基线末条：去掉「而非独立产物链」这半句对没人提的质疑的反驳，
  改为「每个平台跑各自的测试矩阵」/ "Each platform runs its own test matrix"
