- 原缺陷：流式路径经 loop.toolSchemas（capacity 允许集 + restrict）过滤，而 agent 静音/内部路径
  （RunStep，被 services/automations 等使用）广告 dispatcher **全量** ⇒ 两条路径不一致
- 修法（方案 1）：**过滤实现只留一份**（loop.toolSchemas）；l.agentStep 调用同一个函数，结果经
  agent.WithToolSurface(ctx, …) 下传，agent 的 buildRequest 原样广告（取不到才回退全量，保持既有回退语义）
  · 按构造相同：同一次函数调用、同一份输入 ⇒ 不存在第二份可漂移的实现
  · 未选「抽共享函数两侧各调一次」：loop 的过滤输入含 loop 私有会话环境 ctx key 与 capacity 判定器，
    agent 侧凑齐等于再造一套 ctx 管线，漂移面更大
- 复核：agent/loop 包测试绿；新增 parity 用例（owner 与 group 两组，静音 == 流式）；
  变异（撤掉下传行）→ parity 必红且精确复现「静音=全量 4 个」，已还原
- 附注：全仓仅剩 `services/automations` 的「无 Loop 回退」仍广告全量（没有循环就没有闸可言）；
  子代理 ToolWhitelist 是执行期否决、本不参与 schema 过滤（未改）

- 新增 reasoning_shape.go：**每个 provider 形状一个 resolver，只发自己形状的字段**
  · deepseek：thinking{type} + reasoning_effort（依据 DevDocs/reference/deepseek 官方本地副本）
  · vllm：chat_template_kwargs.enable_thinking　· dashscope：顶层 enable_thinking（**只允许显式声明**）
  · openai：仅 reasoning_effort　· anthropic：自己的 thinking{budget_tokens}（未改）
  · 未知 kind → WARN 且一个字段都不发（不许静默失效）
- 形状载体：models.json 组级 `reasoning.kind`（可热更新，未声明则不写该键）+ env `LLM_REASONING_KIND`
- 红线：`effort:none` 在只有布尔开关的形状上翻成**显式关思考**，绝不降成任何强度档
- 03.4.1 余项：`Request.PersonaID` + `RuntimeLLM.ForPersona(pid)` 视图；
  每 persona 协议一条链并消费 `RouteProviderForPersona`；`agent/request.go` 非流式路径同一钩子
- **生产装配（主会话补）**：默认 agent 与 personaAgentPool 都改用 `ForPersona(pid)` 视图——
  否则角色级模型/提供商路由在生产里永不被选中（形同虚设）
- 复核：build/vet 绿 + model/agent/config/cmd 包测试绿；5 条变异反证先红后还原
  （其中一条「红但没钉住」已改用例：通道读取加 2s 超时，避免整包 panic 掩盖信号）
- 未落：DashScope 的 auto 推断（缺官方依据，只允许显式声明）；Qwen `/think` 前导消息
  （design/01 §2.1 与 design/11 §3 口径冲突，停手报告）

- 11.4.2：三类节点首次真进图 —— memory.recall/memory.write（loop/memory.go 召回与写入点）、
  guardrail.input/output（流式主路径两侧 + agent.RunStep 静音路径）、orchestration.spawn
  （scheduler 每次派发/收束）；新增 trace.ChildSpan 让不持有 Tracer 的叶子包也能开子 span
- 11.4.3（设计先行，规格先写进 design/19 §1.1）：tool 节点参数摘要 —— 放行表 argValueKeys +
  trace.IsSecretKey 统一判据（密钥类键不给值）+ 单值 80 rune / ≤24 条 + 出图前再清洗；
  前端 NodeDetail 新增「参数摘要」区，未放行键显示「值未展示」
- 13.4.1：流式主路径输出侧护栏改后台 goroutine（脱离 context、30s 兜底、不阻塞回合），
  输入侧仍在模型调用前同步拦下；拦截闭环到 guardrail 节点 + 审计事件
- 拆文件：scheduler.go 加 span 后 546 行 → 编排 span 助手拆出 scheduler_spans.go（回到 492）
- 契约：无帧名/事件形状变化；graph_update 节点 props 新增**可选**键（tool args_keys/args_summary、
  guardrail action/allow/elapsed_ms、memory action/scope/hits/…、orchestration subagent/persona），
  文档同步由主会话统一落

- truncation.go(新,159行): effectiveMaxTokens/retryMaxTokens(×2封顶32768)/isTruncatedEmpty(空正文+无tool_use+stop_reason∈{max_tokens,length})/withEmptyBodyHint/callWithTruncationRetry/callStreamWithTruncationRetry/dropThinking/emitTextSegment
- anthropic.go Chat/ChatStream 走重试+兜底; anthropic_encode.go(新)拆编码(anthropic.go 529→357合规); anthropic_stream message_delta落StopReason
- agent/loop: 把模型层StopReason带到llm.call span的model_stop_reason属性(修掉trace硬编码stop的误导); loop.Result.StopReason语义未动
- 触发仅当截断空正文; tool_use空正文永不触发(native_toolcall_test仍过); 至多1次重试; 兜底回'（思考过长，未能生成回复）'绝不用thinking
- 新增7测试(非流式/流式重试+兜底+tool_use不触发+封顶+openai映射), build/vet/test绿+3平台交叉编译

- 根因: loop/agent.decodeToolCalls 只读 resp.Message.ToolCallName/resp.Content JSON信封, 从不看 api 原生解析出的 resp.ToolCalls(Anthropic tool_use / OpenAI tool_calls)
  → 模型返回 thinking+tool_use(无text) 被判定'无工具调用' → 空 Content 当最终 text → res.Text="" → no reply produced; 纯聊天消息不调工具直接出 text, 故表现为'部分消息无回复'
- agent/step.go: ToolCall 增 ID; ExtractToolCalls 导出并优先 resp.ToolCalls(保留原生id+归一化nil Args), 回落两旧约定
- loop/request.go: decodeToolCalls 委托 agent.ExtractToolCalls(流式/非流式共用)
- loop/tool_history.go(新): 原生批次回填 assistant tool_use + 带tool_use_id的tool_result; 旧JSON信封批次保持 RoleTool 纯文本(向后兼容)
- openai.go: tool_call parts 编成 tool_calls + tool_call_id
- 新增 native_toolcall_test + native_toolcall_http_test(httptest假Anthropic SSE: round1 tool_use(无text)→round2含tool_use_id/tool_result→res.Text非空)

- runtimeconfig/models.go: models.json 承载 [{id,provider,baseUrl,apiKey,model,fallback?,multimodal?}] 多厂商独立组(首项=生效)
- LoadModels 优先文件/回退env(GroupFromEnv), SaveModels(0600+tmp原子写), Activate/Upsert/MaskedKey脱敏
- 面板 POST /admin/llm 落盘 models.json(取代temporary内存) + GET 列组(脱敏)
- runtime/model/runtime.go: RuntimeLLM(adapter+router) atomic快照可热替换, Reload 重建不中断进行中请求; per-role路由用接口
- wire 用 NewRuntimeLLM(adapter+router), 保留 a.modelAdapter(=runtime stack, 审查模型随热更新)
- .env 退兜底(.env.example注明); apiKey不打印/Config()脱敏/热更新不中断
- 全仓 go build/vet/test 绿(54包)+交叉编译+前端build绿(79模块); api-client v0.15已同步
- 遗留: vision ModelInfo 仍读静态env(后续纳入); 保存组=生效组(第一版语义)

- 重复调用安全网（critical-tool-loop）：指纹=name+canonical JSON(args)；批内重复第二次跳过回喂
  「duplicate call」；跨轮关键重复(同指纹重现)→首次 block+criticalSeen，再次连续重复→终止整轮
  StopReasonToolLoopTerminated（替代裸 8 轮针对同调用的硬截止）。
- 并行/串行混合：invokeParallel 默认并行，信号量(ToolParallelism 默认4)限并发，结果按调用索引
  写回按原序渲染；串行触发=Options.ToolExecution:sequential 或 SetToolExecutionMode(name,sequential)
  （对齐 OpenClaw「一个 sequential 标记→整组串行」）；goroutine 不泄漏、ctx 取消快速返回。
- 工具钩子：ToolLoopHooks(BatchAdmit/CallAdmit/AfterCall/AfterOutcome) 经 Options.Hooks 注入，
  均 nil-tolerant；供后续敏感操作代审复用（design/11）。terminate 用 every 语义。
- status 分类：ToolError.Kind() 区分 argument-validation(JSON-Schema 失败)/execution；
  失败消息渲染 {kind,message} 让模型区分重发参数 vs 执行失败。
- tool-call-repair：LenientJSONUnmarshal 修 fence 包裹/尾逗号畸形；agent.extractToolCalls 与
  loop.decodeToolCalls 走它；不可修复退化为文本不崩整轮。意图调用未区分回喂提示(后置)。
- tool_execution_update：流式路径 emitToolExecution 发 StreamKindToolExecution(start/end/end:error)。

go build/vet/test 全绿(46包)。TestRun_MaxRounds 改每轮不同参(原同 echo 被安全网拦，预期新行为)。
-race 受宿主 TSan VMA 限制无法运行(与代码无关)。

- 新增 model/stream.go：StreamKind(text/thinking/tool_call 各 start/delta/end + tool_execution)
  + StreamEvent{Kind,Delta,Index,ID}。
- ChatStream 签名 onChunk func(delta string)→onEvent func(StreamEvent)；loop OnStream 同改；
  streamStep 转发结构化事件。
- openai：text_delta + text_start/text_end（正文三段式）；anthropic：文本块 text_*/tool_call_*
  按块 Index（content_block_stop 分支）真分段；fallback：有事件即交付。
- ws_hub：wsEvent 壳补 turnId/seq；新增 broadcastStream；streamChat 每帧打 turnId+seq；
  stream.go 把事件 publish 到 bus ws.stream。
- ws_bridge：streamEventData 映射 text_*→message.start/delta/end、thinking_*→thinking.*、
  tool_call_*→tool_call.*、tool_execution_update→tool_execution.update，未知回退 stream_chunk。
- 前端 ws.ts：解析 message.start/delta/end、thinking.start/delta/end(pendingThinking)、
  tool_call.start/end→addTool、tool_execution.update；保留旧 stream_chunk/thinking/tool_used 兼容；
  types.ts 补 turnId/seq。Docs/api-client.md 增 §3.1 v0.4。

已知限制（注释/文档标注）：turnId 在 OnStream→bus→relay 路径暂为空（StreamEvent 无 turnId 字段，
bus ws.stream 载荷不带 turn）；OpenAI adapter 未解析 tool_call 段；thinking 段两 adapter 暂不发；
tool_execution.update 是保留项（随工具循环钩子后置）。go build/vet/test + 前端 tsc 全绿。
