- .gitignore with DevDocs/ excluded from version control
- DevDocs: 00-overview, 01-cross-platform, 02-dev-constraints
- DevDocs decisions: 002-communication (NATS), 003-plugin-architecture
- DevDocs modules: ai-core analysis, gateway analysis
