仓库根出现未跟踪的 .env.bak（编辑器/工具生成的密钥备份，3876B），而 .gitignore 只忽略 .env，git add -A 会把它提交上去。现加 `.env.*` + 放行 `.env.example/.sample/.template`（当前被跟踪的 .env* 只有模板，故无副作用）。文件本身未删除/未读取（属主人资产）。
